We were there for lunch today, or wanted it. A corona emergency menu with dishes at what we believe to be criminal prices. We then ate a salal plate, which was offered with chicken strips or tuna. None of that was on the plate, a normal salad with finished dressing, loveless .... Almost 10 euros per person. We haven't had such miserable quality for a long time at this price. Never again. Only the decor is acceptable. We are really annoyed.

Ambience very nice, nicely received, very hospitable, a lot of homemade dishes e.g. Pasta, we would love to come back. Highly recommended!!!

A wonderful and well decorated restaurant and it was a great time with you. You have created something wonderful out of the building and it is very lovingly and full of details. The food was super tasty and the service was great, although a little unsafe. It was a great evening and in any case the old saddlery is a great addition to Dippoldiswalde and will definitely see us again.

The ambience is very nice. You feel at home and not like in a restaurant, through the chairs and around them. The menu is very clear and not as crowded as in other restaurants, which is personally nicer. The dishes are nicely arranged and also taste very tasty. The staff is very nice. The prices are affordable too. All in all, a nice restaurant with a cozy parlor atmosphere. We recommend.

The prices for the quality of the food that is now there are just unjustified, if not cheeky, what is served there can be found in any pub for less money and sometimes even better, with larger portions where no finished product is processed, without hair in the food, where potatoes are not served half raw and without taste, etc. ... The restaurant is apparently only about maximizing profits, no longer about quality, very unfortunate. The service was friendly and helpful, bad criticism only goes to the kitchen. Too bad we were there often in the past, in the future we will avoid this pub and will not recommend it!

After an event in the cultural center Parksäle we returned to dinner in the restaurant Alte Sattlerei. The first impression was convincing. The decor we liked at first sight. Discreet, unobtrusive music in the background we found pleasant. Even better we liked the very fast and nice service. We would not have to wait long for our order. Since it was not very busy in the restaurant, we could really enjoy the evening. Not to mention the very clean toilets. If we are in Dippoldiswalde again, we will definitely visit this restaurant.
